Creekside Cabins with 2 beautiful sandbars!

Outside guest are not allowed on the property without approval from management. Please call management before friends arrival. Each day pass is $10 per person per day.

You may have two cars per site for our Magnolia or Scarlet cabins.The Cypress family cabin can have up to three cars. 

We do not have RVs to rent.

No, you must bring your linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, etc.)

No, we do not provide cut firewood.  There is some “dead wood” located on the property that can be used for campfires in fire pits only. Cutting or chopping live trees are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fees being charged to your credit card.

For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to ride/unload  ANY ATVs,  Side by Sides or Dirt bikes to our property.  While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. 

WE ONLY ALLOW GOLF CARTS.

We do!  QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced and will be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM DAILY.  Including, but not limited to: TVs, music, voices, vehicle operations or ANY OTHER noise that may disturb the other guest on property. 

NO VISITORS AFTER 10:00 pm (no exceptions) - ALL Visitors must leave your cabin or campsite by 10:00 pm.

NO LOUD MUSIC – NO PROFANITY – PLEASE RESPECT OTHER GUEST! If other guests complain about excessive noise, the incident will be investigated, and the violating rental party will be escorted from the property with no refund. Our noise restrictions and quiet hours are strictly enforced, and there are no exceptions.  

They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. When drinking, we ask that you do so responsibly. This is a family-friendly property we have a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for public intoxication (any offenders will be escorted off the property without any refunds). 

NO GLASS ON THE SANDBARS! 

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in any of our cabins with the exception of DOCUMENTED service animals. We personally love our pets, but some people have pet allergies, and we want to be fair to all guest that stay at the cabins. 

RV guest are allowed to have their pets with them, as long as it is contained with a leash, kennel, etc.

For service animals if outside the cabin or RV site all pets must be on a leash and cleaned up after. No pets allowed on the sandbar/beach. If any damage is discovered after checkout, you will be charged $250.

No, FIREARMS and FIREWORKS strictly prohibited on the property.  

UPPER SANDBAR is closer to our Magnolia & Scarlet cabins – to access this sandbar, you will have to walk down a bluff and through a trail thru the woods – it is about 350 feet from cabins. 

LOWER SANDBAR has a small road going to it (it is behind the Cypress Family Cabin), it is about 600 feet from the Cypress Family Cabin & Bath house.

You may drive a truck/car with your beach supplies and with people that cannot walk that far to the lower sandbar (no vehicle access to the upper sandbar), but we ask that you DO NOT park your vehicle at the beach/sandbar area – you may park at the pavilion or at bathhouse. There is limited amount of space at the sandbar/beach area for vehicles, so please do not park at the sandbar.

(Management has the right to escort you from the property if your vehicle is found parked at the beach/sandbar area without refunds).

** NOTE: there are spots on the road to the lower sandbar that is very sandy and has a possibility of getting stuck! We ARE NOT responsible if you get stuck.

Yes, you can bring a boat, kayak, tubes … we do not have a boat ramp on the property, a public boat ramp is only three miles from us (on Red Creek/Vestry Road) that you can put your boat in and come to our property (please contact us before bringing a boat to make sure that the boat ramp/creek is accessible at that time  - water level might be too low or trees may have fallen in the creek blocking access).

60 Days or more of arrival date - full refund minus processing fee. 

30 Days of arrival date -  50% the amount paid minus processing fee.  

NO REFUNDS will be given if reservation is canceled less than 30 days from arrival date. 

Early departures due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, personal circumstances, and environmental issues inside the cancellation date range will not receive refunds. We do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.

Smoking or Vaping is NOT allowed in any building at Elevate Red Creek, including cabins or bathhouses. If you smoke, please stay at least 20 feet from any building. If you are found to have been smoking inside one of our cabins or bathhouse you will be assessed a one-time cleaning fee of $250. 

Please place all garbage in dumpster at the entrance. ALL TRASH MUST BE IN A BAG!! Garbage company will not pick up any loose trash. If you have boxes, diapers, bottles, cans please put them in a garbage bag before putting them in the dumpster.

Yes, we have a men & women’s bathhouse on the backside of the Cypress Family Cabin. You and all other guest on our property (cabin & rv) are welcome to use. 

Please do not wash off sand in the showers, there is a water hose in the pump hose to wash off excess sand/dirt.

Please be respectable to other guest that may be renting the large family cabin (keep the noise to a minimum, especially late at night).

NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY – SWIM AT OWN RISK!!!! ALL Children must have an adult with them at all times when swimming. 

The cabins were built on one of the highest bluffs along the creek and we have never had any water get close to any of our cabins (even with the record high flood of over 22 feet we received a few years ago). High water levels DOES NOT affect our roads coming into our property or cabins.

If we have had a lot of rain the sandbars/beaches might not be visible, varies according to the water level.  Please understand nature, rain, creek height and clarity are beyond our control and is often unpredictable.   

No, we do not have a washer/dryer in any of our cabins or on the property.

Each of our cabins has a full kitchen (Stove, fridge, microwoave, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes/glasses, and utensils.

Each cabin has a bbq charcoal grill, picnic table and fire pit.
